What's the best looking PAYG sim card deal in the UK at the moment ?

It's been a while since I looked at the Sim card PAYG market to see if any brand stands out. 3 seems the obvious standout, at 3p a minute per call. This includes calls to landlines etc. They are upfront about their comparison prices on this page
3 pay as you go price plans (Jan 2014)
They look the best (or near the best) for calls, texts, and internet, but are pretty dear for video calls or messages (not sure about other brands video prices).
They will send you a free sim card first class.
At the moment they look the best for PAYG to me
